"Chapter 10: The Passenger" is the second episode of Season Two of the Star Wars live action series The Mandalorian. It aired on November 6, 2020.

Razor Crest console
When Din Djarin engages the autopilot, the console in the cockpit of the Razor Crest says:

Note that the numbers on the monitors are written in an alternate font that is completely different from regular Aurebesh numbers, using an alternate numerical system based on dots and lines. Additional numbers written in red appears on the monitor shortly before Djarin says, "So, I'm gonna hit the rack", but most of them are too small to decipher.
When the console is beeping, it also says "INCOMING CALL" and "PROXIMITY ALERT".
When Djarin escapes from the ice spiders, the monitor says:

X-wing monitor
The monitor in the X-wing that pursues Djarin says "DIST" (for "distance"), before switching to "SPE" (presumably for "speed") and then to "BIG".
X-wing hull
After the New Republic X-wings come to Djarin's rescue, one of the parked starfighters has the word "WARNING" written on the hull, but the writing is upside-down. The other X-wing is inscribed with the word "RESCUE".
