"One Way Out" is the tenth episode of Season One of the Star Wars live action series Andor. It aired on November 9, 2022.

Use of Aurebesh

ISB monitor

A giant monitor in the ISB Central Office contains some Aurebesh text, including the name "RING OF KAFRENE", which is fitting, as Dedra Meero is reading from a report by the Kafrene authorities. The rest of the text has no actual meaning.

Ferrix signage

A sign on an unidentified business seen in the background of an establishing shot of Ferrix says "CHAIRS".

A building seen in the background at the end of the next shot, says "[obscured]IX DEPO[obscured]" and "[obscured]AVAIL[obscured]" (the full inscription reads "FERRIX DEPOT" and "SPEEDERS AVAILABLE HERE").

Prison cell numbers

As the prisoners share the grave news among themselves in the cell block, as Taga says, "They fried the whole bridge", the wall next to Cassian's cell says "52D 40" (his cell block consists of inmates from Unit Five-Two-D), while the neighbouring cell (occupied by Taga) is number "52D 39". In the shot where Kino Loy says, "It's true. The rumors are true.", the wall next to Melshi's cell says "15 2D5". The wall next Loy designates his cell as number "52D 16" and the neighbouring cell as "17 2D5". Some other cell numbers are also seen, but they are too blurred to read.

As Loy addresses his fellow prisoners over the public address system, as he says, "We are, at this moment, in control of the facility", the wall next to a night shift prisoner says "52N 40" (this can also be seen when Loy says, "All floors are cold"). In the previous episode, the prisoner was working in the night shift that took over when Cassian's day shift was finished; presumably, the N in 52N stands for "night" and the D in 52D for "day".

Prison control room monitors

The monitors in the control room of the Narkina 5 Imperial Prison Complex contain Aurebesh text. Most of it merely produces gibberish when translated, and many of the characters are upside-down or mirror-inverted. However, some of the text makes sense: There is what appears to be a list of levels and tables and their productivity (as stated in "Narkina 5," each prison cylinder has a labor work ring area which is separated in seven levels comprised of seven rooms per level and seven tables per room; with the work units being constantly evaluated), it reads:

L1 T3
735

L2 T3
708

L3 T3
700

L4 T3
686

L5 T3
505

Another screen includes the text "SHIFT 43", "WEEK 686".
